Emergency surgeries are happening, ED is open, acute, palliative and even home care is still happening. I've have had an on phone and video appointments with specialists, my GP does in person and video so I'm not sure who is being denied access to anything.

My neighbour across the the street is a home care nurse. She’s working 6 days a week.
