If Trump can drain some swamp and get a modicum of control on spending ( yes I know Congress controls the purse strings ) we just might have to follow his lead .

He made the same mistake as Stephen Harper , he thought the swamp would help . He will not have that illusion this time , and re election is not an issue . We will see , he is Canada’s only hope for fiscal responsibility . I hope Trump can do similar to Argentina , which admittedly is a little much to ask , but supposed first world governments must get our fiscal house in order . And we must have our institutions and various ministries working for the populous .It sure sounds corny , but it has to start somewhere and some when .
