I don't think so, just city by laws, and there's exceptions there like if the truck driver lives on the street or is making a delivery.

lol Wait a minute, if a city says for certain sized/weighted vehicles not to be on certain streets it is still law and they are legally able to hand out fines and stuff for infractions.

That's where common sense comes in and laws that preclude common sense tend not to get too much respect.

Good sense is not common. But my point is that even though municipalities laws are an extremely localised issue, they are still laws.
