In the Quran, the word "hate" almost is not mentioned .. in stead it is the word "God does not like so and so"

On the other hand: God likes the good-doer, God likes the kind people, God likes the charity giver ..etc.
Quran 3: 134, which means:
(God loves the charity-doers [who are kind to people e.])

134 e i.e. anyone does such deeds and has such manners, then he is a good-doer and God will admit him into His Gardens.

Therefore, God created His creatures so as to love each other, while doing all their work and kindness for His good-pleasure, and seeking for His mercy and grace and blessing ..

But the blasphemer and disbeliever (being a wrong-doer) chooses to rebel and transgress on other servants of God..

So will such wrong-doer be neglected without being suppressed? No, of course.
Otherwise, the wrong-doing, blasphemy and corruption will prevail.
