... And being demanded by a group that is notorious for fraud and deception.

What a wonderful combination

You have to love the tactics though... insinuating that people who are against the scam are conspiracy theorists when the alarmists do not even hide the fact that they are looking for billions of dollars from western nations to be distributed to every other nation.

"Climate change is real, it is caused by humans, and it is solvable," Brian Schatz, Democratic senator from Hawaii, said in a statement. "Congress must act. On Monday night we are going to show the growing number of senators who are committed to working together to confront climate change."

Even with those gaps, as the night wore on, it was possible to get an idea of how the Democrats intend to frame climate change in next November’s mid-term elections and in the presidential campaign in 2016.

That’s a departure from the 2012 presidential elections when the White House and congressional candidates ran from any mention of climate change – until hurricane Sandy made the topic unavoidable.

Now with Reid leading the way on a more combative approach, a number of speakers lashed out at the Republicans for denying the existence of climate change or opposing action on climate change.

Democrats also accused the oil billionaire Koch brothers of funding a misinformation campaign meant to discredit climate science.

And the importance of the Cowboy Poetry Festival no doubt.

All vulnerable seats are running for cover from this.
