But let's not forget who was the instigator of the elective invasion......and who followed like sheep.....(most likely because they thought there was something in it for them ) Reality is that the US has a bigger impact on the world than either the Brits or the Aussies. (at the moment)

Now, let's explore the ways that terrorism can be countered WITHOUT wars. (which only enhance the rational for more terrorism). Iraq is now the "breeding" ground / recruitment area for anyone who needs training in terrorism. A whole new generation of terrorists are being trained. So what bush has done is only fostered MORE terrorism. ....by invading Iraq . Iraq might end up being an albatross around the US neck for some time to come........due to the lies that were used to invade in the first place and the ensuing consequences.---which most likely are only beginning to be played out. He has destabilized a region and fostered more rage at the US. Inflaming the Muslim world was not smart.

Dare I say it? Ummm. Let's put it nicely.

Drop about 25,000 tons of pork rinds on the ME.
Build a mall with stylish clothing in every city - air-conditioned.
Pump 20,000 movies a day through the airways and 80 decibels of rock and roll.

That ought to do it.

I think I made mention of changing some trade agreements in another thread...china will own th US in a matter of years anyway, if it keeps moving in the same direction and with the momentum it is moving now.

exactly, changing the currency would be the most powerful approach.

( remember that SH was going to switch the currency in Iraq to the Euro ......before the US decided he was not nec anymore and killed thousands to remove him from power??)

one might say that China owns the US now..... when one examines the trade issues etc. Who all does the US owe money to??? Might have to source this info out to get a better picture of their "fiscal" situation....

I honestly beleive that GW should be charged with war crimes. He knowingly sent thousands of poorly armoured men into a war (and ultimately their deaths) that wasn't fought for the reasons a war should be fought, or even the reasons they were told they were fighting for. It's so saddening for those families that have lost someone, thinking that it didn't have to happen. I support the troops, just not the leader

I absolutely agree. He has broken so many laws , that would qualif y him for trial. But in the American arrogance, they really don't think it will happen because they think they can "get away with it"

Maybe some one (the world) should do a regime change in the US ......as obviously the population isn't able to do it themselves now. Their own leader has far too much power. and will lie/cheat to maintain that power.

This time is not gonna happen. they failed in all aspects. They lost the war to a bunch of fighters, they lost the respect of the world for them, they lost their standing as the most democratic country by having bush steal votes, they lost their image as a humane country that cares about Human Rights by opening the chambers in Guantanamo and the abuse in Abu gharieb.

Any other thing I missed please add it to my list. This will make Azerbaijan a better place to live.
