Israeli citizens went to vote for their next government in a country often labelled as "the only democracy in the Middle East". Unfortunately, however, approximately 4.5m Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza have no say in deciding which Israeli political party will control every aspect of their lives.
Gore is still obsessed .

because the party who is elected makes the decisions on how they deal with palestine, as israel still occupies the territory of the west bank and gaza.

but the west bank and gaza have their own governments that Israel has no control over. You want paestinians to be able to vote in Israeli elections, then allow Israel to completely annex the west bank and gaza and have those territories legally made part of Israel. THEN the pali's can vote in Israeli elections, as they will then be Israeli citizens.

Israel has complete control over them. They are constantly annexing more land in the West Bank and Netanyahu has no interest of letting the Palestinians govern themselves, as he's made clear several times over,

They are "governing" themselves. Or are you suggesting that Hamas is an Israeli front?

Hamas doesn't have the control a normal governing party would have. They can't just build airports for example Israel would have to agree with it. Hamas only exists as a natural reaction to Israeli aggression. With a peaceful party in place in Israel who recognizes Palestinian sovereignty , there would be no need for a group with Hamas policies to even exist.o

What?

(sigh)

Then Arabs living in the West Bank and Gaza are not Palestinians.

They are no different from other Arabs..........that have refused to help them, to take them in, as they much prefer to utilize then as propaganda against Israel.

Some Arabs living in Israel may be from Palestine but their rights aren't the same as Palestinians living in the occupied territories.

He's babbling about allowing the residence of Gaza and the west bank to vote in Israeli elections. He wants Hamas to have a say in who runs Israel is what it comes down to.

Hamas is no worse than the ruling party of Israel.

Nothing stoping Hamas from spending billions into a American c-pac to help pro Hamas representatives to be elected in the United State.

Instead of useless whining, why don't you start one.

You think Hamas has billions to spend to counteract the pro-Israeli lobby in America? What are you smoking?
