Spade, Canadians, by and large, and by historical precedence ARE peacenicks and deserving of the Nobel Prize. At least as much as Jimmy Carter, Al Gore, Micheal Gorbachev, the goon with the checkered kerchief on his skull and so forth.

And if they don't get it, they must know how President Reagan must have felt.
