Whoaaaa!

A little testy are we. You should have your blood pressure checked. I looked at a couple links and only saw the stadium mentioned in one.

But then again... if you would stop being such a **NASTY COMMENT** and scroll back you will see that the I was talking about the Taliban Govt. wanting the world to donate funds so they could blast away at those who violate Shar'ia Law in a proper place of execution as opposed to a stadium.

Hey Rev.

Any idea who is changing the comment under my screen name? It seems very cowardly and abusive.

It isn't me. It changes when you get a certain number of posts. It's meant to be humourous. Everybody gets the same comment at the same number of posts.

Nice of you to a vague accusation without knowing the facts though.

The point being made was that in the past your country has supported dictators murdering people, including in soccer stadiums. It used Chile as an example. You attempted to say that there was no evidence of that. There is a lot of evidence of it though. Your post about the soccer stadium was hypocritical at best.

I stand corrected... but they all seem derogatory. I had one this morning that said something not all that nice.

But I suppose it will change to say Advisor or something real cool like that!

Thanks for the correction Rev!

You claimed you couldn't find anything about a soccer stadium in Chile being used for executions. I found three articles for you in no time flat. The implication is that you were afraid to look or are too inept to use Google on even the most basic level.

The truth about Chile is the CIA helped overthrow a democratically elected government and replaced it with a brutal regime. They supplied aid and logistical support for people being tortured and murdered.

You'll notice that I posted a variety of articles though. That's because, unlike you, I am unafraid of the facts.

lol.... Did you look at your second and third links? It doesn't say anything about MASS EXECUTIONS AT A CHILE SOCCER STADIUM.

As a matter of fact... the second and third links you posted are the same! The hyper links at the bottom, well 3 out of 4 are broken and you are calling me inept!

C'mon little guy... get yourself squared away would you!

I spoke to a fellow who was a prisoner in the Santigo soccer stadium. His US citizenship saved him. He told me executions were constant. I guess that's not a reliable source though, didn't come from the National Review or David Horowitz etc. As another chap told me, "those people were dangerous and deserved to die". Maybe some day a bunch of us will "deserve to die" in cowboy stadium in dallas.

I think even worse than the soccer stadium was the disappearances. A black Ford would show up, usually in the middle of the night, then you'd be gone. If your family resisted or asked questions, they'd be gone too.

That kind of thing strikes me as far more terrifying than mass executions because you don't know anything...not even who the guys in the black Ford are, what you did wrong, whether they are going after your family...nothing.

The CIA has been tied to training for such disappearings all over South America.

Any death is bad, whether you get shot at a stadium or taken in the middle of the night.

We should open up a thread on Tienamen Square or the Cambodian Genocide. The Cambodian Genocide and Pol Pot makes Chile and Pinochet look like the Boston Massacre.

But then again... the US did not back the Chinese or Cambodian govt. so it may not be as fun.

I've heard of those flights. They take people arrested under the Patriot Act to countries that torture people. The CIA calls it being "rendered".

There are also flights that land every night full of maimed soldiers coming back from Iraq. The explanations the Pentagon have given as to why these flights land only in the middle of the night and the press are kept away from them make no sense.

I've never heard of those flights.

If I was a soldier who got banged up I would not want to see the press. The US Military knows that the press just wants to exploit them as do the soldiers and Marines who are being wounded. The press has bit the military many times. If the US Soldiers want to talk to the press they will be able to when they choose to. Walter Reed Military Hospital is open to the press. However I know the press wants to ram a camera and a mic in the face of a newly injured soldier and Marine.

Shaking my head

Yes, the US was big on supporting Communist during the Cold War. Especially a life long Communist like Pol Pot. (see sarcasm)

Have you no sense of dignity? Will you say anything because of your hatred of the US?
