B.C. sexual offender released, community still scarred
(CBC) - A man convicted of kidnapping and sexually assaulting two little girls near the northern B.C. city of Prince George six years ago got out of jail Friday after serving his entire sentence, and is moving to Abbotsford in the Fraser Valley.
The National Parole Board considers Benjamin Corey Hart, 27, an "untreated sex offender" at high risk of re-offending, and Abbotsford police are placing him under tight restrictions.

The rural community where Hart once lived is still recovering from his crimes.
It was there that Hart grabbed two girls he didn't know as as they played in the snow. He drove them to a gravel pit and sexually assaulted the five- and seven-year-old girls before driving them back home.
Many local parents still won't let their kids go out alone, among them, Cindy Siemens, who calls the attacks a "big shock" to the small community.
