The one difference is, Chavez doesn't have to worry about Soviet dependency. He's sitting on wealth of resources. That is what makes this guy far more dangerous than Cuba.

I'm really interested because, to be honest, I'm convinced that you hate Chavez because he rejects America, focuses on the poor and you see him as an enemy of your ideology which says that rich people are better than poor people and that business profits are worth more than human lives.
