TO advances the ball to their own 37............unable to move it further and forced to punt.................Whoa now that was some nifty gutsy call...............as the kicker keeps and runs for the 1rst D............loss of 5 on the ensuing play...........2nd and 15.........flag on the play...........procedure call on TO...........2nd and 20.........Rainey manages to get back 15 but comes up short of the down and Argos forced to punt which they do this time...............RBs pinned at their own 9 yard line after a 52-yard boot.

Ottawa forced to kick from their own 15 yard line..............and are flagged for illegal kick out-of-bounds............Argos get the ball at the RB's 32..............BT's first pass nowhere near a receiver.............and again he overthrows his receiver and the FG unit will come onto the field.............Crappy misses on the attempt ......Ottawa concedes the single..........TO has one point lead with 8:52 remaining in the first half

RBs offense off the field after a very quick 2 and out...............TO will take the ball at their own 39...............at 4:52 in the 2nd Q, the Argos cross the goal line again..........convert is good and the Argos take a 18 - 10 lead over the RBs.

RBs blow their chances at a TD but Ward gets them another 3 points.......Argos start at their 30............Argos drive stalled after BT misses his target on 2 and 10 then gets leveled for a big loss on the play..............:43 left as the RBs start at their 31............unable to move effectively downfield and will take a knee to end the first half with the Boatmen leading them by 5 points. Better game then I was expecting.........so far.

Ottawa has the ball for the first possession of the 3rd Q............RBs drive effectively stopped in its tracks as Jennings fumbles ball........Argos recover and take it to the end zone.......after review call on the field stands .........convert is good and the Argos put another 7 on the board.

Ottawa forced to punt after Argo's defence stalls them in their tracks...........Argos return ball to their own 30 then forced back to the 20 after a holding call...............Argos suffer same fate at hands of RBs defense..........after a procedure call, Argos punter forced back to his own 15............RBs return ball to the TO 42...............Jennings fumbles the hand-off..........loss of 3 on the play...........connects with Rhymes on the next play for a big gain to the TO 24..........Madu gets nowhere on hand-off.........then Jennings gets leveled...........FG unit out..............Ward is good from the 42.............but the Argos still in the lead by 9 points.

Argos really showing their stuff on this drive..........four..........make that five completions in a row for BT but he blows it at the 13 yard line as he fumbles the ball..............Ottawa recovers for a first D at their own 41............gain of six on ensuing play...........Argo's D force another 2 and out............no points for wood-choppers on the TO.

I am not a fan of Bethel-MacLeod Thompson - don't know what it is about the guy but he really doesn't inspire my confidence in his abilities on a consistent basis.

With less than a minute left in the 3rd, Argos in Ottawa territory at the 35...........Argos will be 2nd and 5 deep in Ottawa territory when the 4th Q starts.

At 14:19 in the 4th, the Argos find the end zone again after a great drive ......convert is good and the Boatmen lead by 16 points.

Argos defense deny the RBs a TD ............Ward misses on a 52-yard FG attempt but Ottawa gets a conceded single to narrow TO's lead to 15 points.

9:59 and the Argos just put the game outta sight for the RBs as Walker dances into the end zone for another TO TD........and the convert puts them ahead and out of Ottawa's reach by 22 points................WTG TO.

Ottawa drops its 4th in a row as the Toronto Argos beat the pants off them 46 - 17. Well done Argos..

With Augustine in the line-up, the Bombers aren't missing Andrew very much...........darn it. Rider's defense letting us down as the Bombers are driving steadily downfield..........besides taking really ignorant penalties especially that late hit on Streveler after the play.........smarten up defense!!!!!!!!!!..............and Gainey with an interference call in the end zone all but seals the deal for a Bomber TD.........geez guys get your shit together..........there you go - Bomber TD well aided by SK penalties. Plus the Bombers ruled TOP having the ball for well over 8 minutes of the opening Q. Not the least bit impressed guys.

8:44 Bombers get another TD aided and abetted by more SK penalties. Score in 2nd Q : 14 - 3...........still waiting to be impressed lads......have to find some way to stop Streveler - the guy is a bulldozer when he decides to keep and run.........gotta shut him down.

Well so far it is a pretty sad effort by my Riders as they trail the Blue and Gold 21 to 3 with but 1:15 left in the half.

Make that 28 - 3 and all but a miracle will be needed to pull my Riders out the hole they have dug for themselves.

This has gone beyond pathetic.............Bombers put another TD and convert on the board and lead my Riders 35 - 3 early in the 3rd Q. The way the Bombers are playing, I would venture a guess that this game is all but decided. Will hang in till the last tick of the clock.........in the vain hope that we can at the very least get a TD.
