Watched part of that twerp Mansbridge's interview with the CBC honcho, boy was she uncomfortable even though the twerp is a CBC employee and the questions had to be vetted before hand. They knew this guy was trouble but let his star power cloud their judgement, IMHO.

Well thats not too surprising given the rumours were apparently around for years.

Yep, though without the CBC he wouldnt have been a star. Weird circle. They should have let him go a long time ago, and I say that as a fan of Q. Im hoping the show can survive, but I doubt it.

I watched it too, part of it more than once. I felt uncomfortable for Heather Conway and yet I felt Peter was asking valid questions. She knew a little more than she was letting on, probably out of loyalty to whomever divulged some details to her. I'm sure Peter thought the cops should have been notified as early as June! But about what? Something gleaned through the grapevine?

that little scumbag jian has been awfully quiet for a Canadian treasure, an innocent type dude suing the ceeb, a great hipster and all...anyway, about that CBC interviewing itself video:

"What changed between the summer and October?" She never answers, they move on.

someone should have shoved that ball a little deeper into his mouth years ago...windpipe blockage would have been adequate
