I'm sure they can factor in businesses that use concrete in BC and apply a prorated tax at the rate of which calcination occurs.

It happens slowly? You really don't have a clue do you? So if only BC sourced carbon emitting products like concrete are taxed why am I paying 30 cents a litre on AB,Alaskan, SK and NL fuel?

Also, there is nothing that mandates that a carbon tax must be limited to production in the territory and as I said already, I'm sure they could expand it or may be doing so already.

When they rise slower, it's also acknowledged as a reduction.
