Saying her refugee claim of fear of being stoned to death is invalid is different than extradition in what way? She came here to avoid the savage legal process only to be sent back to face the savage legal process.

No, I'm saying extradition is different than stripping someone of their citizenship. You can extradite a person to the country of their citizenship but you can't strip someone of their citizenship, I don't think.

Don't worry about her. Pakistan is a member of the UN Human Rights Council. I'm sure a member of that august body would never stoop to something as barbaric as stoning.

Honour killings are not part of Pakistani gov't law. It's tribal. I think that's why our gov't is deporting her, they don't have a legal basis for believing she'll be killed.
We are still sending her off to be brutally killed regardless of legal status.
