I love that review, thanks for posting that. It's from the Something's Pitchy people. Nice. AND they posted video and mentioned that Kris's two singles are dong well. Thank you reviewer person. There were a lot of people there. Someone at Mj's said that they showed the concerts all over the stadium so even if they weren't standing in front of Kris, if they were in line-up for autographs or out in the stadium they could still see and hear him.

I pretty much skip right over those threads - headlines and all, and I LIKE Adam. I can not read those threads and remain (moderately ) sane. I can not do the hair discussion, can not. Can not do the did Adam lick Tommy or nuzzle Tommy.. really can not do it. (they're probably not that interested in the plaid discussion I have to say.. lol)

Oliver and Sebastian are doing a show tomorrow night with other artists and it will be live-streamed here: Stream - Live Music Toronto. Oliver said that they were supposed to be on at 9 p.m. Since I've wanted to see them live for almost two years and that nobody has really been posting videos of their shows on youtube for a long while, I definitely plan to watch!

Which is interesting. Since they've also worked with Kalan and Ryan and Our Lady Peace among others. There might be some Sony connection still.

Brian and Sony parted ways sometime last year, or maybe it was two years ago. I remember reading that on TWoP.

Maybe he met this Harry guy when he was with Sony then. He says he's been working on the CD for two years so that timeline works. Now that you say that I think I do vaguely remember that it was posted on TWOP that they parted ways, and Brian hasn't really had any kind of web presence in the past while either.

By the way, that review of Adam in the Washington Post was not good, but it was just a bad review. The comments were/are scary/ridiculous. To me it's quite a bit different from what people objected to in the Jon Bream/Kris review, which was more about the reviewer saying K. didn't deserve to win Idol, and Adam is better, etc. (and also the fact that it was linked to by Brian Mansfield). And of course nobody suggested Bream should be pilloried.

The interview with Kris (esp. Kris and the band) was great. Cantiello was being a bit more serious than usual so there wasn't as much of the casual Krim hilarity (though there still may be outtakes, I suppose).

The "Truth" video sounds interesting.

Scott MacIntyre shows us his hotel suite, which he says is the kind of room Kris had on tour. Wow.

Just watched that Scott video, LOL. I'm probably going to hell but it made me laugh how Scott was showing us the sculptures and the "beautiful curtains".

I don't think he was kidding. This isn't the first time I've heard that Kris always was given the best room when they were on tour. I can't remember who said it though, maybe Anoop or Matt.

Just listened to Archie's new single. I think it's really good - really poppy, but young and I think it will do really well on radio. And he wrote it? Awesome, way to go David and Jive and 19 for that matter.

Okay, Archie's song is not my thing AT ALL. It's probably good for what it is, but it's that kind of disposable song I can't really stand. But, hey, I feel like that about pretty much everything that's on the radio right now, so his song will probably do well! It's too bad because I wanted to like his new music.

Man, I wanted to watch that Pigott Brothers live stream later on, but some bands have already started to play and it's the worst stream ever. You don't only feel like it's under water, you feel like it's live from a whale's belly. And the image keeps stopping.

Yeah, he was serious. The Idol winner gets the best room! I think even Kris mentioned this. So when I saw Scott's room -- or suite, actually -- I was like: Wow, I bet he (Kris) did get something like that.

Archie's song is giving me a headache. I don't like him as a singer. He pushes every song. He hardly varies his tone or his volume. And I don't really care for his voice. The song is crap, also.

Ha, I thought about that when I was listening to it. "Missaddicted is not going to like this.. " lol But I didn't want to put words in your mouth. It is really poppy, radio friendly fare. But for David that's not a bad thing IMHO. He's still so young and it kind of suits him.
