Yeah, numbers. I find them somewhat interesting, but when it vears (that's a word right?) into over-analysis, they're useless. David and Kris's situations are different anyway, and while I don't mind the simple comparisions, most often it doesn't bring anything else than fanwars to go too deep in the analysis.
I don't think the wall in the audition room changes anything to anything. Most people are definitely not focusing on that. (And half of David's face was covered with the map anyway!)
They played MIKA during the "Kara and Kristen are BFFs" montage. I almost fell out of my chair. MIKA on AI! They should invite him to perform, that'd be great.
The episode was way better than yesterday. Lots of pretty good people, but I can't say that any of them really left an impression. We didn't see a lot of people that are on the top 24 list either, which I found surprising.
The Jermaine guy (another one!) was pretty good, but I think I liked the beat-boxer the best. He has no chance on Idol, but I find that sort of thing very impressive! That guy at the end (Matt) was okay, but a bit rough. And honestly, maybe I have a cold heart, but I find it hard to feel sympathy for a guy who spent 4 years behind bars because he robbed a bank. Yes, you were "only" 15, but dude, you robbed a bank. Is it just me?
