Oh, but nothing that we saw today was filmed live. And didn't Kris record his performance like 2 weeks ago? Last year, I was there between Dec. 26 and 29. We still had the Christmas parade though (there's one everyday, twice a day, in December)!
I thought they were great on the parade.. but man I forgot how long that parade was. And they stuck Kris at the end.. endless wait.. lol. I liked how Nick Cannon introduced him though, thought that was awesome. And they actually sounded like they were singing live (to tape clearly) - instead of dubbed. Although didn't they record the vocals earlier too? I wonder if it was the live version they did at the park on the parade?
ETA: My sister bought me Adam's album for Christmas.. clearly missed the memo. LMAO. It's all good though since I hadn't bought it yet. And Adam did something I wish Kris had done -- included the lyrics!!!

SleepinIn, it's funny, because in reality, the parade is like 20-30 minutes long. There was just so much stuff (and so many performances I would have done without... well, I fast-forwarded them). What do you mean about the recording of the vocals? You think they recorded it in a studio or something? I thought I heard keyboard too during the song, but I wasn't sure.
LOL about your sister buying you Adam's album. At least, now you have it and you didn't pay for it!

Oh, yeah me too. I was watching live - I can't record at the moment.. it was so painful to watch it live. Then there were all the Chris and Steven the decorator guys bumper clips to sit through. Everytime they popped up I groaned.
Yes, there was a rumour that one of the songs Kris recorded that one night in the studio was for the parade. I think Kris confirmed it somewhere too - But if you heard keyboards.. then that makes sense and they used the track. It worked though, unlike some other performances.. *cough* Jonas Brothers *cough* Random guy on the top of a theatre (no idea who he was) *cough*

Oh, so the song that Kris recorded for a TV show and that we all wondered what it was might have been that performance? It didn't seem as though he lip-synced though... I didn't watch the Jonas Brothers or the guy on the top of the theater, but I watched Céline and I'm quite positive that she was doing lip-sync. At least on her first song. It sounded exactly the same as the recording on her Xmas album (my mom has it!!).

I think Kris actually said that he did a disney song and a cool cover.. so with the news that Kris might be on that disney album maybe that was the Disney song he did....? And maybe this one was live to tape and not pre-recorded. It didn't seem lip-synced to me.
What difference does it make if it was recorded live or was pre-recorded? It was a cover, that's what you guys are ignoring. A cover! How unoriginal. And not the slightlest trace of a pile of teradactyl crap on his shoulder, either. Unfashionable. And no leashes. I call that boring.
