More or less... usually you can buy the new releases around 11 or 11:30, but we're not Monday night, so it might be different in that case. Weird that his song is released on a Friday, it's not really common.
ETA: It's available in the US store, I just checked.

Ryan is a terrible interviewer. There's something intimidating about him. If you're having trouble answering a question, he just lets you hang there. Anyway, Kris didn't want to talk about certain things and Ryan kind of put him on the spot, I thought.

Yeah, Ryan on the radio is awful. But he's awful for everyone.. I actually really don't know how his radio show is so popular. ???? Riddle me that? Maybe because the syndicated one is pre-taped..is the LA broadcast live?

I think the LA show is live. What we hear here is not the whole show but only certain parts. I don't listen to that station (here) much, but I know they don't carry the whole show. If he's scheduled to interview Kris, for instance, that will come on, live, at the scheduled time. So we get segments of his show, I guess?
Oh, and I don't have a clue why Seacest's radio show is popular. Ben Mulroney doing the same type of show, I could understand. He's friendly to the artists and there's something regular about him. Seacrest is weird.

I don't know. I can't ever skip stuff like this, so I'm not the one to ask! Kris comes across as tongue-tied when he talks about his single and his album, I think because he's not supposed to give out much info.
There's something I find condescending about Ryan towards Kris. It's weird, on AI Kris wasn't really able to talk to Ryan, either. I think he senses something he doesn't really trust. He doesn't seem as comfortable as he does in other interviews. He's awkward. Anyhow, these two are like oil and water.

I can totally skip stuff that doesn't give out new info or is uncomfortable to listen to/watch. The Ryan interview seems to be both. I think I'll skip it.
