The last time Kris got a really stellar review I think the person also screwed up the song order or something. "Blackbird"? Like, the Beatles Blackbird? I don't get which song she thought that was. I can understand a critic mixing things up a bit, though, since there's no program, and after 25 songs or so, it could get a bit confusing.

Was Kris playing Blackbird in that bubbletweet, missaddicted? How could you tell? You have good ears.

I think they leaked the Hedley album title a little bit ago (shortly after the single), and I agree live Hedley is good, their energy just lends itself to the stage and they're fun to watch. I like some of their studio stuff though. I think the album will do well for them, but they might have shook their core fan group with the change in direction. I don't know what the rest of the CD will be like - it will be interesting to watch.

Yeah, actually I listen to their studio recordings a lot. Just not lately. AI stuff has been taking over.

Oh, I forgot to add, maybe Hedley will have some of the songs on the CD that they were trying out on the last tour. Seems like a long time ago. I forget some of them, already. Nothing At All was one, Jeremiah was another one.

and in Twitter world Idol news (why do I keep looking there? lol), Clay is within a thousand votes of Adam (if it was me - I'd let the claymates have the crazy fan title..'cause yay - nothing like being known as a crazy fan - even if you are a crazy fan like me) Kris has passed Taylor Hicks, and David Archeleta and David Cook is slowly creeping up to Theo, whose 500 twitter fans have put on a valiant battle on the world Idol stage.

I forget people don't know old movies. I got into them when I was a kid. I have no idea why. I still watch Turner Classic Movies all the time.

Anyway--I was just trying to order tickets online for the last show at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester. I couldn't get floor seats. The best seat offered wasn't on the floor and was also very far away. Yet it was about $54.50. The floor seats are $68.50. Seems a better deal to pay 14 more dollars for way better seats. I suppose some will become available nearer to the concert. mj supposedly always gets great seats (4th or 5th row, for ex.) by calling a day or two before the show. I hate waiting like that.

Those videos are GREAT! Kris is getting really comfortable up on stage. Especially with ATTID - so good. Funnily enough I don't really know too much about David Gray but I do have a cover song he did on my ipod - it's a Killers song, lmao.

And those Dj's were annoying, but seriously Kris is his own secret weapon. Everyone who meets the guy loves him, they need to send him on a radio promo tour STAT.

This one is funny - Kris is a ninja.. yeah, we totally knew that already.

No, they defintitely said October 19th on the radio. I wrote that in an earlier post, actually. I heard it with my own ears. Unless they misspoke. Does it say September 19th online somewhere?

I heard someone win tickets today. She was very excited, said she's a huge Kris Allen fan.

The Adam-cast is so bad I can't even tell who's singing.

Cook is really getting a hang on Twitter. He gave away tickets to his show in San Fran tonight by making people trend #DavidCookFillmore (He's playing the Fillmore, I'm sure that must be great!) and he had a "answering fan questions" chat. He was literally bombarded with questions as I'm sure they all are when they do that (did Kris ever do that? I can't remember...)

Anyway, he's finally announced a date in Canada, at the Casino Rama near Toronto on November 16 and promised that further dates would be coming out soon. *crosses fingers for dates outside of Ontario!*

Kris answered fan questions in a live chat, but it wasn't on twitter. Adam has done it a couple of times, and Danny, also ("twitter party").

Oh, yeah, I remember that! I think I was on vacation when that happened so maybe that's why it was blurry in my head. It must be crazy when Adam does a twitter party, I wonder how they're even able to go through all of the questions. Cook sometimes got 20 questions coming from the same person!

I read this weekend that he told a fan in Seattle that they were going to venues that reached out to his tour manager, so maybe that explains why they go in some seemingly weird places, like the show in Clifton Park, NY (a.k.a. my show in the middle of nowhere). I don't know if he's popular enough in Montréal that a venue would have contacted his manager. Maybe...

Kris hasn't ever had a Twitter party. Michael started them, Danny followed, and Adam, and Chris did them too. I'm glad to see that David is learning what a great tool it can be too. Now, if we can get Kris onboard that train it would be wonderful.. although this trending thing is getting kind of irritating. :) I'm doing it.. but it's annoying me. Less is more people.

ETA: Kris does direct message people on Twitter though, a lot of people have mentioned getting messages from him directly.
