I think Avril is underated actually. But that's standard when it comes to being a Canadian artist. Not so long ago you weren't really good unless you "made it" in the States. Not anymore.There are a lot of great Canadian musical acts that don't translate well into American. I like that. My favourite Canadian band is Big Sugar. Unfortunately they broke up
