I would assume if they are able to collect their welfare cheque, the same id should be sufficient.
A lot of them don't qualify for welfare as they have no permanent domicile (from what I've been led to understand)

How many street people do you think have any of that stuff?
Well, too bad so sad. At some point they have to take responsibility for their own situation.
I generally agree, but the right to vote is something that should be bestowed on everyone equally.
Rights carry with them responsibilities
If the mouse steals the bait and evades the trap, perhaps you should curse the mouse less and question your trap-building skills more.OTTAWA—Conservative Leader Stephen Harper continued to deflect questions about his chief of staff, Ray Novak, and his role in the scandal around Mike Duffy’s expenses Monday morning.

You need to know everything the Govt does or doesn't do and why?

Wynne is why Canada is near recession.
If he (PoopsieFloss) were elected as an MP would he make it past the CSIS vetting process and be in Cabinet or end up a useless backbencher?
Negative- Wynne or anyone else in her capacity doesn't have the power to put a country into recession.
Creating the circumstances that put economies into recession is pretty damn easy.
With ineffective management of finances and power, she is preventing any gains which would naturally become available with a low dollar. We should be laughing all the way to the bank with the dollar so low. We are not.
In reality, unless the federal govt does something silly (which they have not), they really don't have that much power either. This recession is being driven by Saudi Arabia and the price of oil. Question that needs asking is which party will best manage it and not make it worse.
One person isn't going to do it, short of maybe blowing up the Pentagon, the Hoover Dam and a few other things. Even blowing up the W.T.C. didn't put a dent in it.
