I think it should be viewed as worse than Russian hackers, physically and monetarily influencing an election in a foreign country. Bragging a success rate of 96% in targeting of 29 key ridings, it should have a lot of people miffed no matter what political party they support.

This is the George Soros who is behind the financing of many of the hysterics being directed against the new U.S. President. Through front organizations like MoveOn.org, Soros bankrolled the "spontaneous" protests across the country after the results of the November elections were announced.
