Canada has been cited repeatedly by the UN Commission on Human Rights for its horrible treatment of its indigenous peoples.

Canada refuses to allow any natives to determine who is, and who is not a native. They refuse to allow any Tribe or Band to determine who is and who is not, a mamber of a Tribe or Band. Those determinations are strictly up to the Federal Government.

Canada, for many years, stripped any Native woman of her status, the moment she married a Non-native. Finaly, years after being cited for doing that, they agreed to no longer strip her of her Native Identity. BUT, they STILL require any woman that was stripped, to petition to get her Native Status back, and her children also have to petition to even be recognized as native at all.

The Métia people continue to be ignored by the government, which adamantly refuses to recognize that they have ANY rights. This many years AFTER the Supreme Court determined that the Métis never lost their rights, as guaranteed by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

The government will not even decide which, if any, Métis organizations they will negotiate with.

Canada deserves to be put on a black list, as one of the WORST abusers of its native peoples in the world.

CDNBEAR = Native American right-winger, hahahaha

You're funny cubbyabtfetgoreobsessed.

Although that line was funnier the first time you used it, when you were cubby.
Correction, when you were Abtfet...

It's not even remotely country.
Anyways ,always funny to see this native american listening to patriotic american songs talking about fighting for the white man's interests.

Not even relevant whether it's Canadian or American. Not surprising how you would nit-pick something so meaningless.
The real issue is a native american being vehemently pro-military which does absolutely nothing but fight for the rich white man's interests.

I'm not trying to dictate anything, Native Americans supporting rich-elitist white man interests is comical on astronomical levels.

After all this time, and three different nic's, and you still haven't been able to figure out what CDN stands for.
