DING-DING on both. Good job.

You BETTER not be looking up these either!

Where is that place you were talking about?

The Montreal Olympics and the 100-200 million spent on the stadium.

A French architect was paid 40 million CDN in advance for a very hazardous place that should have been torn down.

The other stadium was on the Montreal water front, virtually pre-formed cement blocks thrown together for another venue.

You had to be there.

Not worth putting on the web.

in addition I like college football whether it be American or Canadian......and I don't know if you get to see Canucks vs Yanks in college ball or the annual NFL vs CFL games...really worth watching.

Back to you...

Sorry to leave you hanging but my son needed a ride to the movies.

I never saw those two games. They really have them?

I would not count Florida out of the running either for the NCAA Championship. They beat LSU pretty handily.

I am signing off for the night. I am heading out to the pub!

Take care.

At least in Australian Rules Football that is.

Canada entered teams in the USAFL National Championships in Colorado Springs and made history by coming ome winners in division one - not just for the men's, but also the women's.

The game has come a long way in Canada and this is proof.

The national team defeated USA for the first time last year, this year we ended the International Cup in Melbourne Australia higher than the USA and now we have the best clubs in the whole of North America.

Division One Men's winners - Vancouver

Final Scores:

Vancouver 4.4 28 def. Baltimore Washington 2.0 12

Division One Women's winners - Calgary

Final Scores
Calgary 4.4.28 def. Atlanta 3.5.23

Perhaps it was the cold weather, or perhaps just luck. I'm pretty sure it is just because we are born to be better ;)

Congratulations !

Good for them! Rugby's an awesome sport. Under rated IMO, way better than football.

Like every red blooded Yank, I love our brand of football. But there is no question that rugby is vastly superior.

I also like AFL (nice pics, BTW) but prefer the international rules game which combines AFL and Gaelic.

Did anyone watch the Grey Cup?

Calgary > Montreal 22-14

The game was presented locally on the Versus network. It was the only game we had a chance to watch this season.
