wow. Levant takes on Human Rights Commission, their insanity, their flagrant violation of Canadian law, their threat to our rights...........their threat to every aspect of our culture.

In one case, an Iranian immigrant, described by fellow RCMP cadets as stupid and obviously unstable, as well as an instigator, sued the RCMP because he failed Basic........largely, he claims, because the firearms instructor yelled at him. Take it from me, that's what good range officers do.....if you make a mistake, you get chewed out, in public, harshly. You are handling deadly weapons, and by GOD, it has to be made very clear, right now, that there is NO room for stupidity or sloppy gun handling. The BEST way to make that impression, and get immediate compliance, is the shock and embarassment of a very public chewing out.

BTW, this guy won well over $500,000 and the RCMP were ordered to re-instate him, and desist from their "racism"!!!!

How about the woman let go from McDonald's after 2 1/2 years of disability pay because she could not wash her hands.........the company ordered to cease and desist such practises....in other words, let dirty hands handle your food.

That is really interesting. Were the police ordered to re-instate him to training status? You said "fellow cadets" so I assume you mean he was ordered back to training whereby he could easily fail. I hope that is what you meant. I dare not say what I think about that move on here. As for Mickey D's - thank goodness I never eat there anyway.

This is why I've said repeatedly that the Vancouver Airport fiasco is not the fault of the RCMP. They are trying to do the best with what they have. Unfortunately, they have less and less control of what they have.

A good part of Levant's book is directed at exactly that.....who is in control of these Commissions???

The answer is scary all in itself.......radical feminists, a police officer fired for corruption, a fanatic that is obsessed with far-right chat rooms, an Islamist lawyer........simply unbelieveable!

That is pretty scary!8O It sounds like they are more interested in fulfilling their own personal agendas rather than focus on the cases where someone's human rights are truly being infringed upon.

I can't and won't say I support Ezra Levant's opinions, but I do support his fight against The Canadian Human Rights Commissions.

Only in Canada, North Korea, China, and Russia, could crap like this take place.

It's probably a pipe dream, but I would hope that we would wake up and not let such stupidity continue.

Though I haven't read the book Colpy, I have followed Ezra. And as I've stated before, I don't support all his thinking. I do support his position on free speech...COMPLETELY! Your 'obsessio', is nothing more then exemplary standards and values. I've watched all Ezra's video's at the HRC trial. What a complete farse. Only a leftard asshole would support that kind of Orwellian tribunal.

As you noted and it is quite true about the threat to free speech, coming from the left. Especially after reading the crap Galloway pulled on LePen, then cries when he's barred on legitimate legal grounds.

I've said it before, I'll say it again...Free Speech for all, not just for the left. Ban HRC's now.

The problem is that we live in a country where we value multiculturalism so much that we punish anything that seems to be against that. It's like the bus driver in Halifax who was suspended for telling a Muslim woman to take off her hijab. Maybe this woman was violating his right to feel safe...
