Now that BND is over, let's have it peoples... who bought what?

- 2 coffees from the local cafe (free trade as always)
- $1.00 tip on the two coffees if that counts

that was my spending for yesterday

I bought 12 beers in the morning and then went and bought another 18 in the evening. Enjoying them now actually.

I went to Save On Foods and bought smokes, a crab, 2- 750 ml yoghurt (1 Blueberry 1 Strawberry), a brick of mild cheese, some smoked pepper and garlic Chum Salmon, loaf of bread, garlic coil, sprouts, a chinese dinner from deli (sweet and sour pork), 2 cans of kidney beans, box of "sugar twin", tea bags, chili spice, 2 onions, 2 jalapeno's, 2 chili peppers, 2 pounds lean beef, some fresh mushrooms, a whole pineapple, package of strawberries and some zig zags(whites).

Kudos, Rev!! I was working yesterday and instant coffee (in the lunchroom) is as much coffee as powdered milk is a real dairy product...so I had no choice!

No1, to me, the necessities like zigzags, smokes and beer and uh oh yes food... don't count ... so you're in the clear :)

RE: Buy Nothing Day!!! -

I remember back in the early 90's when we had our first Boxing Day open to the retail stores (even though it was against the law still) I called the cops on our store because it pissed me off so much. Unfortunately the feckers didn't show for 5 hours even though they were RIGHT BESIDE US - Literally the next building.
If it were up to me I'd have Ontario re-adopt no-Sunday shopping.

Last Boxing day my car broke down in front of the mall. Right where it made life a nightmare for anyone trying to get in.... PEOPLE WERE SOOOOO MAD. It was freaking hilarious (I wasn't laughing then).

Like no one cared that I was a woman alone in a broken down car, they only cared that I was interfering with their cheap shopping day. Ya, Merry Christmas to all. Good Times.

Good Gawd, notta chance I would go to a store on the 26th unless that overwhelming desire to be seen on the news standing atop a light pylon with a rifle hit me.
