I've tried through calling, emailing, online chat and going to the Bell Store to find out what the programming I have for my satellite. I cannot acquire a list of available channels that I can reveiw. The only sheet to download from the site is a PDF (I couldn't possibly read with a microscope) and it doesn't tell me what the "Ultimate 12" is that I've been paying for 6 years without question. I pay in full for two receivers (no pirating going on here) and when channels appear and disappear I can't get any answers or basic customer service. What's the trick? I've already taken my internet to another provider, is it time to move the satellite too? Any advice would be apprecaited.
