highway 401 in Pickering and the auditor general picked up on the fact that the bridge contractors had been FIRED - AFTER
BUILDING MOST OF THE STRUCTURE UPSIDE DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In his defense - the owner of the contracting company was quoted in local newspapers defending himself by stating "the bridge
CANNOT BE BUILT AS DESIGNED"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Although one might ask WHY the idiot would put in a BID on a project he believed "COULD NOT BE BUILT"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
