I wonder why the America's inner cities are failing so much..
I know it's on racial lines, whites move to suburbia to get away from the crime... but this leaves disenfranchised communities in their wake.
Charter schools don't get the proper funding and I think it has a lot to do with drug addiction, hopelessness and lack of jobs..

I should be around for awhile, there's a couple here who seem to have a fair amount of tenacity..............when they are gone I'll know to start behaving.
