And christians dont? lol somebody hasnt read up on history. Do you really believe the stuff you post? or is it simply to add to your post count?

OK so Christians committed atrocities, they were also fed to the lions, both of which are history. So how is historical data relevant to current uprisings by Islamic fundamentalists other than proving they remain in the dark ages?

It proves that Christian people are not all high and mighty as they claim to be.

Also, if you want recent atrocities, what about the Serb massacres of Muslim civilians in Bosnia.

What's that supposed to mean?
Mahdi is a name too. It means "the guided one."
It also refers to the 12th Imam of Shi'ah Muslims, who we believe will reappear before Judgement Day with Jesus to restore peace and justice to the world. Jesus will lead prayers and Imam will follow behind him. :)

I don't post a lot because I'm busy with university.

Actually Muslim nations contributed greatly the the legitimate resistance effor as well as providing the largest percentage of food and medical aid money out of all the countries in the UN so yes in a way "muslim nations" did save a lot of muslims in Bosnia Herzegovinia.

USA has its few positive actions, though rarely and almost always outside its normal policy

Interesting...I've never heard that before. I thought that Muslims didn't believe in Christ that way, I thought they believed he was a prophet and didn't die on the cross etc?

I would like to know more about this if you have the time to post more on the subject.

As far as I know, Muslims are encouraged to recognize and believe the Books (the Bible, the Qur'an and the Torah) as the word of God and, therefore, sacred and true.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong here.

The UN never approved going into Serbia and Europe, as usual, stood on the sidelines and watched.

Bosnia and the massacre of Muslim people was when the U.N was around.

Now the U.N is faulted for not doing enough in Rwanda, and Bosnia and other places. But let me ask you this, where was America. There were no U.S troops in Rwanda, there was a minimal amount in Bosnia until it came to Bombing serbia, where was America.

Yes, Jesus is called al-Masih in 'Arabic. It means "the Messiah." We believe in his second coming near the end of time. Jesus is also called Rouhollah (Spirit of God) and Ayatollah (Word of God).

Muslims repect the books of all Prophets which include the Taurah (Torah of Abraham), Zabour (Psalms of David) and the Injil (Gospel of Jesus).

Why do you call upon America? Do we owe you anything? Where was the UK? France? China? Japan? All these countries have sizable armies.

I'd love to get these people involved as well, but they don't move if it isn't for the Americans to do something.

Too long of a conversation for 11pm, all I will tell you is if you don't have the balls to do things on your own (when you have the ability) then don't point fingers. Why doesn't Canada go btw?

Actually the aid from muslim nations was pygmy level
compared to the amount of aid from Americans, which
fell outside the auspices of the UN.

You also didn't see a lot of Arabs or fellow muslims
or their governments volunteer logistics or support
to stop the Serbian slaughter of their own muslim
friends.

No oil rich Arab nation offerred millions. It was
the satanistic NATO and EU and America that did,
all of which dwarfed UN contributions.

Just a glimpse of the Qur'anic view of Jesus here (by no means exhaustive, mind you):

Moreover, to Moses gave we "the Book," and we raised up apostles after him; and to Jesus, son of Mary, gave we clear proofs of his mission, and strengthened him by the Holy Spirit. So oft then as an apostle cometh to you with that which your souls desire not, swell ye with pride, and treat some as impostors, and slay others?
Qur’án 2:87

Say ye: "We believe in God, and that which hath been sent down to us, and that which hath been sent down to Abraham and Ismael and Isaac and Jacob and the tribes: and that which hath been given to Moses and to Jesus, and that which was given to the prophets from their Lord. No difference do we make between any of them: and to God are we resigned (Muslims)."
Qur’án 2:136

In truth hath He sent down to thee "the Book," which confirmeth those which precede it: For He had sent down the Law, and the Evangel aforetime, as man's Guidance; and now hath He sent down the "Illumination." (Furkan.)
Qur’án 3:3

Remember when the angel said, "O Mary! Verily God announceth to thee the Word from Him: His name shall be, Messiah Jesus the son of Mary, illustrious in this world, and in the next, and one of those who have near access to God;
Qur’án 3:45

And when Jesus perceived unbelief on their part, He said, "Who my helpers with God?"20-21 The apostles21 said, "We will be God's helpers! We believe in God, and bear thou witness that we are Muslims
Qur’án 3:52

Remember when God said, "O Jesus! verily I will cause thee to die, and will take thee up to myself and deliver thee from those who believe not; and I will place those who follow thee above those who believe not, until the day of resurrection. Then, to me is your return, and wherein ye differ will I decide between you.
Qur’án 3:55

Verily, Jesus is as Adam in the sight of God. He created him of dust: He then said to him, "Be"–and he was.
Qur’án 3:59

SAY: We believe in God, and in what hath been sent down to us, and what hath been sent down to Abraham, and Ismael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the tribes, and in what was given to Moses, and Jesus, and the Prophets, from their Lord. We make no difference between them. And to Him are we resigned (Muslims).
Qur’án 3:84

And for their saying, "Verily we have slain the Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, an Apostle of God." Yet they slew him not, and they crucified him not, but they had only his likeness. And they who differed about him were in doubt concerning him: No sure knowledge had they about him, but followed only an opinion, and they did not really slay him, but God took him up to Himself. And God is Mighty, Wise!
Qur’án 3:157

Verily we have revealed to thee as we revealed to Noah and the Prophets after him, and as we revealed to Abraham, and Ismaël, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the tribes, and Jesus, and Job, and Jonah, and Aaron, and Solomon; and to David gave we Psalms.
Qur’án 4:163

O ye people of the Book! overstep not bounds in your religion; and of God, speak only truth. The Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, is only an apostle of God, and his Word which he conveyed into Mary, and a Spirit proceeding from himself. Believe therefore in God and his apostles, and say not, "Three:" (there is a Trinity)–Forbear–it will be better for you. God is only one God! Far be it from His glory that He should have a son! His, whatever is in the Heavens, and whatever is in the Earth! And God is a sufficient Guardian.
Qur’án 4:171

And in the footsteps of the prophets caused we Jesus, the son of Mary, to follow, confirming the law which was before him: and we gave him the Evangel with its guidance and light, confirmatory of the preceding Law; a guidance and warning to those who fear God;–
Qur’án 5:46

When He shall say: O Jesus! Son of Mary! call to mind my favour upon thee and upon thy mother, when I strengthened thee with the Holy Spirit, that thou shouldest speak to men alike in the cradle, and when grown up;–
And when I taught thee the Scripture, and Wisdom, and the Law, and the Evangel: and thou didst create of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, by my leave, and didst breathe into it, and by my leave it became a bird; and thou didst heal the blind and the leper, by my leave; and when, by my leave, thou didst bring forth the dead; and when I withheld the children of Israel from thee, when thou hadst come to them with clear tokens: and such of them as believed not said, "This is nought but plain sorcery;"41

Qur’án 5:101

And when God shall say–"O Jesus, Son of Mary: hast thou said unto mankind–'Take me and my mother as two Gods, beside God?"' He shall say–"Glory be unto Thee! it is not for me to say that which I know to be not the truth; had I said that, verily thou wouldest have known it: Thou knowest what is in me, but I know not what is in Thee; for Thou well knowest things unseen!
Qur’án 5:116

And remember that we have entered into covenant with the Prophets, and with thee, and with Noah, and Abraham, and Moses, and Jesus, Son of Mary: and we formed with them a strict covenant,
Qur’án 33:7

To you hath He prescribed the faith which He commanded unto Noah, and which we have revealed to thee, and which we commanded unto Abraham and Moses and Jesus, saying, "Observe this faith, and be not divided into sects therein." Intolerable to those who worship idols jointly with God
Is that faith to which thou dost call them. Whom He pleaseth will God choose for it, and whosoever shall turn to Him in penitence will He guide to it.

Qur’án 42:13

Jesus is no more than a servant whom we favoured, and proposed as an instance of divine power to the children of Israel.
(And if we pleased, we could from yourselves bring forth Angels to succeed you on earth:)
And he shall be a sign of the last hour; doubt not then of it, and follow ye me: this is the right way;
Qur’án 43:59-61

Then we caused our apostles to follow in their footsteps; and we caused Jesus the son of Mary to follow them; and we gave him the Evangel,10 and we put into the hearts of those who followed him kindness and compassion: but as to the monastic life, they invented it themselves. The desire only of pleasing God did we prescribe to them, and this they observed not as it ought to have been observed: but to such of them as believed gave we their reward, though many of them were perverse.
Qur’án 57:27

As for the question of whether or not Jesus died on the cross:

Remember when God said, "O Jesus! verily I will cause thee to die, and will take thee up to myself and deliver thee from those who believe not; and I will place those who follow thee above those who believe not, until the day of resurrection. These two verses might appear contradictory at first site. Some Muslim scholars have tried to reconsile these by suggesting that man is fundamentally spirit, with the physical body being his temple which is his during his time on earth. According to that argument, it is not possible to kill a person's soul, only his body. They will add an additional dimention here in that sinse Jesus was also the spirit of God, His spirit would continue to animate his faith even after bodily death. Thus in this sense, while it might have appeared to the Jews that they had killed Jesus, it only appeared as such in that they had merely killed his "temple".
