# 1 is India) and the common denominator is that these countries are all "non-white", which includes Quebec BTW Curious, you bigoted %$##$%@. Quebec citizens, same as all provinces have all ethic cultures living next to them, and have had them for years and years, but never have they've had any issues, same as ON and all provinces; our level of bigotry pales in comparison to these countries. I cannot tell you how many times I've been warned by a native of a country to be careful of 'this one or that one', to not talk to them or associate with them and when asked why?, they would do that "'circle with the fingers around the face'", which I found out meant the colour of their skin!! as a Canadian, I found that hard in the beginning. WTF!! We, as a society are so much advance and accepting of others in comparaison thats it's funny to be on here and see some of the posts lol, I'm not from Quebec, but I can tell you that they are not worst than what some provinces are starting to become, courtesy of this wonderful diversity we are all embracing.
I come from Quebec! You can't tell me that the place isn't exceedingly racist and on many levels. The language that you speak, the fact that one is not "pur laine" seems to be important to a major part of the place. That has nothing to do with skin colour but everything to do with tribalism.
