We can't put management in jail, the countries economy depends on these investment geniussus, going forward, passing the ball down field all of this would cease to function, we would be in debt and unable to service anybody.
In cases like these jail is not an appropriate punishmnet. Taking every last penny from this guy and leaving him homeless & on welfare would be better justice. All these CEO types should get that punishment because right now their only deterrent is a year or 2 at club fed while they keep everything. Make them all destitute and see how fast it stops because they love the money and that is where you hurt them.

He might steal a sandwich or an apple but would be far too worried about food & shelter to bilk $250 million from people.
Maybe we take everything he owns (including everything he probably has in his wife's name) and exile him to some remote island in Alaska. Send all the millionaire fraudsters there. They can spend their days defrauding each other of food & water and be happy without worrying the rest of us.
That's right, they create all the jobs. Even police detectives. Rehabilitate him with 20 years of corporate welfare. We can't put management in jail, the countries economy depends on these investment geniussus, going forward, passing the ball down field all of this would cease to function, we would be in debt and unable to service anybody.
