It's kind of a tough call. You have a member/patron drinking too much at your establishment then driving home...on more than one occasion. I think the Tennis Club is trying to protect itself from potential liability down the road.

Believe it or not some elite clubs can suspend for any reason that can shed a spotlight
on the clubs reputation whether one is guilty or not. Alleged is a term for legal purpose
acknowledging there has been no trial. A club or society can suspend prior to the trail.
Proven guilty or not has nothing to do with it.
