He outranks pretty much everyone. How is this a big deal? Is the armed forces overrun by snowflakes now?

Vance wasn't held accountable for his collusion with the PMO in the attempted lynching of Admiral Mark Norman but will now not escape censure for the much more serious crimes of making a sexual comment and canoodling.
