I'm a lot older than you, born in '46. He did some good things and he did some bad things. I think the worst thing he did was take away the Bank of Canada's control of our money and hand it over to the international banksters. I don't think he had much choice as the Yankees were holding a gun to his head.

I did like the time Tricky Dicky called him to Washington to read him the riot act and he jumped on his plane and flew to Russia to negotiate a trade deal just to piss Nixon off.

His wage and price control in '75 or '76 was just as bad and just when we had negotiated a raise with the company I worked for and we had to pay part of it back.... Screw Trudeau / Liberals
