Six million around here at the bottom end of the scale. Who knows what it's worth around Petros' area. I would guess it's probably worth more than the cost of a college degree. That's why it's so hilarious to hear him prattle on about somebody like Justin.

What's bull****? That it's it's 6 million here or that you can get a college education for the 3 million you claim yours was worth?

QUite a lot higher than I expected. The last time I remember looking at prices out there it was really cheap. Few years back and I have no idea about the quality of the land.

The better it produces the more it is worth. The best soil is chernozem.

It skyrocketed. Went from $60 to $250K for 160acres of straight crop land without any buildings or well sites.
