Weapons manufacturers know no political allegiances. They'll sell to ever has a fist full of cash. Why, there would be no war if the intended enemy was not well armed. Where would be the drama in war without a lot of blood shed. TV networks wouldn't be interested in that.

There will be people who slip through the cracks no matter what is done.
