Here or globally?? The America's could enjoy a manufacturing boom that would rival the race for the moon. The north has the raw material and machines to manufacturer items suitable for use in Central and South America. Food and housing would be top of the list and the newest materials created would be used rather than the current trend of selling them outdated things at double their original price. The 10-20 year program would then see the 'homeland' brought up to the latest standards before the worn out plants are recycled into something that suits the new americas.
An example might be the map put out by Edgar Casey but the change is in rainfall rather than the areas being under water. If that is the watershed then that is also where crops are going to grow the best. Georgia would thrive by terracing the steep hills so rive can be planted. The alternative is to have the sides turn to mud and become useless to everybody.

None of those things work as advertised anyway Fuk the cures, nobody should be getting sick in the first place. There is only one goal of the current medical industry. Find a way to make the Rothschild family immortal. It also creates more illness than it stops for any other group. You missed that memo apparently.
BTW those are scare tactics, there is no shortage of money in the world, the purse strings are too tight and that is the biggest problem facing the world at the moment.

The trench east of Japan would make a decent dump for that as it is already a dead water area. Global dump where the ship is sunk with the glowing cargo. Stack them like cordwood and eventually they go even deeper. The good garbage should be dumped where the floating plastic gathers as that is one big whirlpool and water is sinking.

Well, China is going to set up military bases in "America" and run bombing missions against the Hillbillies who hide in the mountains and teach all the people in the cities that the Chinese way of life is better than the primitive American way of life.

Are we smart and evolved enough to avoid the seemingly inevitable collapse of our modern civilization?
History is filled with magnificent Civilizations and Empires, all collapsed, all are in ruins. Many collapsed due to corruption and War, but many collapsed due to Planetary changes like volcanic eruptions, droughts, tsunamis or floods.
Our Modern Civilization needs Oil to survive, we need Oil to transport food and medicine, we need Oil to travel long distances, we need Oil or electricity to do most things, without them our civilization would collapse.
If corruption is not checked, or if a major Planetary change occurs, our civilization relying on Oil and Electricity will swiftly join every other 'collapsed and ruined' civilization before it.
Seems we are not so smart and evolved after all, we are on the edge of collapse, we need to protect ourselves from these threats, or its only a matter of time. - Nick Clark

When America collapses, Canada will have to built a borderwall. We don't American refugees coming here. They are culturally incompatible.
No. I'm saying that due to geographical proximity, they'd be far more abundant.
How so? Americans can be quite different from one another.
They're violent. They love guns. They can't stop murdering each other. They support Nazi-sympathizers as leaders. They commemorate treason. They think the sick should be left to die in the streets. We can't have that in Canada. It's uncivilized.
Some I am sure are good people.
