If every men are rape supporter's. I guess it only proves the natural process of evolution has made us that way. Then I guess rape is not such a bad thing like we make it out to be in our society, if the hole male race of every species on planet earth naturaly participate and supports rape, then maybe consent is just us pretending to be above our natural standard. And men have to live in a constent stat of controlling there natural instinct. Women should appreciate that, no?

I'm hoping you meant to write that in purple (this forum's signal for sarcasm, lol)

It makes you wonder... The attitude of the woman that 'wrote' the article is that men are to blame, I wasted a few minutes reading her propaganda - errr - responses to contributors and the net message is that men are to blame for many of the psychological/sociological issues faced by women today.

The first thought that crossed my mind was that it is primarily the maternal figure in a child's life that has a deep and lasting impact on a person.... Kinda makes you wonder why this component is never addressed by the rabid faminists in their rants?

If you grow up never seeing healthy male female relationships, then it's easy to believe this stuff.

  • He promotes the idea that women as a class are happier or more fulfilled if they have children, or that they “should” have children.

No sarcasm, intended.

I live everyday with testosterone, and so do millions of males. Natural evolution has made us aggressive out of need to defend our territory. Survival of the specie for millions of years has depended on it.

Today that need for aggressive behavior is not accepted and no longer needed in the same way, but we can't ignore that we haven't always lived the way we do today.

I would hope women could appreciate that a majority of men today spend much of there time, managing anger and controlling themselves from doing things that are not socially acceptable in our society.

Million's of years of evolutions is not going to just stop in one day because we had a women revolution 50 years ago.

Was it only 50 years ago?

Depends in what part of the world.
Here in Canada I'd say 90 Years top's?

When it started and when it hit main stream are two different things.
50 Years is good if your looking at when it was main stream and accepted.

But even if it was 100 years ago. I don't think half a centurie makes
much difference compared to the other side of the coin, millions of years
of evolution and survival with nature.

I also think that deep down, women still find a powerful caveman behavior very attractive.
Even if our society has evolved, we still are dealing with our body's that are animal.
Even if our brains and culture tell us otherwise our natural instinct still influence us.

He argues that people (or just “men”) have sexual “needs.”

People do have sexual needs. But that doesn't justify rape. Not even close. Suggesting everyone who thinks people have sexual needs are rape supporters makes a very strong majority of human beings rape supporters.

You are a cannibalism supporter if you argue that people have nutritional needs. The author's logic seems as ridiculous as this last statement I just made.

So basically if a gal hits on me in a bar and I tell her she's not my type I should be labeled a rape supporter?
