How can you forbid some one to pray?

The Supreme Court of Canada was wrong on the Quebec case.

And the Human Rights board is (God, I hate to say this) correct in this case.

If the kids were saying personal prayers who cares? Everyone has that right. What most Christian rights arguments stem from are things like teachers organizing the kids to recite the Lord's Prayer. Those activities are very different.
