Yep, aneurisms take a lot of people "before their time" and without warning. I guess there is food to build up arteries, which we should probably all look into.
nah I don't believe anyone goes 'before their time' I have never heard of food to build up arteries though it's an interesting idea...IF they detect an aneurism they can go in and repair it if it is located in an accessible area...even young people can have them...I worked with a woman who blew one in her brain..she lived and was fine...they can be anywhere

Yep and yep. I have no intention on becoming a Luciano Pavarotti or Marlon Brando.

Placido Domingo on the left Luciano P. on the right.

Only weighed in around 190 kg.
that's a lot of food to maintain that body weight, wow

perhaps jorel stayed on krypton because the kryptonian ships engines were not strong enough to accommodate jorel. ;)

Once in a "blue moon" I have to disagree with you Sal (but I still love you). I worked with quite a few guys who had poor lifestyles (lots of smokin' and drinkin' and seldom eating breakfast) who dropped off in their 60s. For arteries eat fish, take in plenty of vitamin E and niacin. Mind you I think there is a "best before age" to start doing that...........probably in your 20s. -:)

I eat bananas every day, but I don't need to. I'm already bananas.

You don't have to tell US that, Cliffy.-:)

As Isaac Asimov used to say about exercise: "I get all the exercise I need being a pallbearer for my athletic friends."

They are also good to practice on..... you start off with the small ones and you slowly work your way up to the big ones..

are you speaking of arteries or aneurysms (a bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel )
keeping arteries healthy and aneurysms can be separate issues, some may be prevented with diet others, nope

Aneurisms happen in weak arteries just like a bulge in the weak spot of an inner tube.

I have to take a bunch of pills every morning and some say with food, so I have a banana and a glass of milk every morning. I ought to live forever . My Dr did say to me the last visit "What are you doing?" then he showed me how far down my cholesterol had gone down. I claimed I stopped eating my favorite chocolate and peanut butter candy bars, however 2 weeks shouldn't have made that kind of drop.

If you are told to bring your cholesterol up iin a hurry, eat a double baconator with cheese just before bed with a deep-fried-banana chaser. Good luck!
