Norton used to give me a false positive, when I converted videos using "Super C" for uploading to youtube, I would get an alert as soon as the video finished converting....
Got rid of Norton and switched to AVG "The paid version"
I do get the odd spyware alert and quarantined... and every one of them I checked with other sources and were valid..
And there is no need for the one who gave the warning to go back to the site
A copy of his/her antivir log data of the occurrence.would do just fine...;-)
