I bought a pair of silicone oven mitts, best thing I ever bought. They wipe clean.

Something with a handle, like you'd find on an ink stamper, with the hash marks on the bottom to mark the cookies. If you make it a funky color or put a character on it, it'll sell like hot cakes.
