Prime Minister Stephen Harper's appearance at the New York City based Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) on 25 September 2007, was an official endorsement and expression of solidarity on the North American Union agenda.
Harvard University educated CNN Veteran anchor Lou Dobbs, has further confirmed the official endorsement of the Stephen Harper Minority Conservative government on North American Union, or "New America".
Mr. Harper has been apparently directed by the principal funders of the Conservative Party of Canada, which are ideologically linked to the CFR, to assimilate Canada into a new "Fortress North America" which is controlled by the U.S. political-military-industrial complex by no later than 2010.
Building a 'North American Community'
Indeed, the Stephen Harper government has been reported to be in the process of getting various Canadian government departments and agencies to "harmonize", with U.S. governmental agencies, to expedite the assimilation of Canada into the neo-conservative vision of a "Fortress North America". The Council of Foreign Relations has indeed published a book on its North American Union manifesto entitled "Building a North American Community".
John Manley, former Deputy Prime Minister in the Paul Martin Liberal Government is a co-author of this book.

Can't disagree on the facts but out of pure necessity it may happen by 2015.

I do though get an ominous feeling about this vis-a-vis ---- we have the greatest amount of natural resources ---- yet the smallest population.

Necessity is only as pure as the needy human. We really don't want these wagons closeing any circles especially that one. Necessity and it's catalyst invention produce expanded efficiencys in exploitation of available resources and product developement.War is the perfect RD magnifier, the most efficient use of labour is war.

As the empire of the greenback collapses inward upon the black hole at its core of condensed ignorance there is a vacumn created at that particular sphereical plane of the onion which of course is in retreat from the fringe where hoards of barbaric horse mounted eurasin skull collectors are also being drawn into the refuse path rapidly plugging up the black hole which will eventually swell from fusion and be spat into the next dimension like a giant gob of tabbacee. The rest is very technicle and we don't want to discuss it today. As Canadians we are to be integrated into the greater efficiency of the New Improved American Dream and its supporting cast of international plumbers, movers and shakers. Anti terrorisn begins at home, we will have to present a better example to the rest of the world, they are poor listeners.In the immortal words of the late great and visably demented Ronald Raygun "America is the last Bastion of Freedom" the elect will enjoy security in the NAU enclave of wealth and power and we will enjoy it with them, or else.:-(

In the US Senate Liddy Dole and Chris Dodd are two who are to shepherd this through with Dick Lugar running the interference. The HR (House Resolution) is also somewhere close in this site. I was told there are similar bits of legislation sitting in the Canadian and Mexican capitol house's too awaiting action.

Evening Norm, I think this is frighteningly real and about ready to impliment especially since this economic collapse thing is proceeding faster than thought likely. So we will likely see arrangments for containment of public unrest in the wake of economic ruin and soon.
