It sounds like the decision is being made by the Governors of the states in question rather than Biden. If there are truly more jobs than people looking, then it makes sense to cut the extra benefit. And I like the idea of the one time payment to find and keep a job that Montana and AZ are doing. It does seem strange that a State has the option of not participating in a federal program unless the federal government is enc-cringing on state governments rights.

By that logic, I don't see that there's nothing inherently wrong with referring to the novel coronavirus as the "Wuhan virus" or the "Chinese virus," language which President Donald Trump has used and defended using. Wuhan is, after all, considered the first epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak that has since become a global pandemic.
