$21 Trillion Went Missing From 2 US Agencies Since 1988.

Catherine Austin Fitts issued an updated report on Missing Money. She found a total of $21 trillion went missing from two federal agencies since 1988. That would be from HUD (Housing and Urban Development) and DOD (Department of Defense.) She was assisted by Dr Mark Skidmore and his graduate students who found these staggering sums went walkabout citing government sources. Dr Skidmore is also a co-editor of the Journal of Urban Affairs.
The government speak term for missing money is Undocumentable Adjustments.
In some years more money went missing from an agency than was budgeted for the year. How was that possible?
Catherine used to be Housing Commissioner in the first Bush administration. She found one city block in San Diego that had $20 million in defaulted HUD loans. These loans were made by HUD on non-existent properties that did not even have US postal addresses. She concluded that HUD was being run as a criminal enterprise. Many other researchers have come to the same conclusion: the American government is run by criminals who own the Republican and Democratic parties. Obviously, they also own the corporate media.

There are other departments with losses but they are not covered in the reports by Dr Skidmore. Indira Singh said that money was being stolen by the tens of billions from Social Security.
There have been no arrests of those persons who have been stealing money by the trillions because they own the courts, the police, the press, the Foundations and the politicians. There can never be arrests until we seize the government.
