Battle for fourth spot in the East...........or the cellar. Both teams are out of the play-offs which takes a lot of the shine off the game but it will be interesting to see how Johnny Football fairs today. Don't have a pony in this race but will be watching and commenting none-the-less.

The really important game today is Riders vs Calgary which takes place following this one.

At half-time Montreal has gained the lead over TO with a late 2nd Q TD. 14 - 10 for the Al's

Visiting the Rider's forum I see that I am not the only one who has no clue what type of team we will see on the field today. What with the huge drubbing last week, then the Hughes fiasco the Riders have a lot on their plate today. Top that off with playing the numero uno team in the entire CFL.......and the odds are ..............ugly. I do hope that we are able to score - though who will be doing it...........is anyone's guess at the moment.

Al's get a pick 6 at 5:50 in the 3rd ..........with the convert, the Al's lead by 8 points.

Argos get their first win since August as they beat the Al's 26 to 22.

Riders get 3 on the board early in the 1rst Q.

Stamps punt return goes all the way to the end zone and the Stumps lead 7 - 3

Williams- Lambert's return to the fold just resulted in the Rider's first offensive TD in 38 possessions..............that should get the monkey off their backs..........well done offense. 10 - 7 Riders

Rider's defense needs to shake off the dust ..............they did a good job of holding the Stumps to a FG which tied the game.............but they did a poor job of shutting Bo down.

Over midway through the 3rd, Calgary gets to the end zone and with a 2-point convert come with a point of the Riders.

Brett puts another 3 on the board for 22 - 18 Rider lead.

10:14 in the 4th and the Riders go ahead of Calgary 29 - 18 after yet another miraculous offensive TD.

Stamps get another TD but miss on the 2-point convert attempt and still trail by 5 points with 5:25 and counting on the clock in the final Q.
