Suitor: 'things have just got real quiet at Commonwealth stadium".......no doubt after the Bombers just put another 7 points on the board courtesy of a Reilly pass that found its way into the hands of a Winnipeg defender.

As the clock ran out on the first half, the Esks were finally able to get on the board with 3 points after Sean Whyte split the goal posts.

If Winnipeg prevails they will advance in the standings to sit at 7 wins and 7 losses which will put them in 3rd spot in the West - a point behind the Riders who currently sit at 8 and 5. The Eskimos will drop to 4th to sit at 7 and 7.

51-yard pick 6 for the Bomber's Fogg and Reilly's 3rd interception of the game. 17 of the Bombers points came from TOs.

Eskimos imploding..........just had their 5th TO of the night when the ball was knocked out of Mike's hand prior to his arm coming forward. Fogg gets the fumble recovery for Winnipeg and puts the Bombers at the Esks 25.

Matt gets fresh set of downs inside the 15.......but it looks like the Bombers will be held to a FG..........Medlock from the 20 adds another 3 to Winnipeg's total.

Bombers going with 7-man pressure on Reilly ...........and it is working very well for them.......Mike's thrown for just over 120 yards tonight......a very un-Reilly-like performance and a tribute to Winnipeg's DC who designed the defensive attacks.

Looks like Mike was hurt on the last play...........yeah he is in some pain on the bench and will not be back in the game with just over 4 minutes left in the 4th.

"Cheapo prediction: The Saskatchewan Roughriders are poised to eviscerate the Manzielouettes."
- Rob Vanstone - Regina Leader-Post

Make it so, Riders.

30 - 3 the final Great all-round game by the Bombers today. O'Shea's crew have improved in many areas since their early season string of losses. The defense is especially impressive. They seemed to have cleared up the penalty prone part of their game and were only tagged 3 times for a total of 20 yards. Matt Nicols just keeps improving with every game they play. Well done, Bombers.

I missed both games while on the highway but have Mow to give the updates.

Hoovers, Esquimaux and Ti-Cats are all tied for 3rd in the CFL.

Cool

...........and in just over an hour from now, I'll get to feed it again. Woo Hoo!

What I am expecting today............besides a W on the board as the final whistle blows..........defensive schemes executed to near perfection which stymie any chance of Johnny Football demonstrating his athletic process both in the air and on the ground; STs deaking and dodging all the way to the end zone on a punt return; Tre' and Marucs putting up big numbers on the ground; Zach in control of his passes and finding open receivers; not a dropped ball or fumble from any of our receivers and total dominance on both sides of the ball.

GO RIDERS..............GO!

You would have loved the Cat's game, pete. It could be that the Lion's sealed their fate when they danced on the Ti-Cats logo.............or that they simply weren't prepared to play a team bent on redemption for their stunning loss to BC last week. Blown out is the phrase many sportscasters are using when describing the Lion's failure to launch yesterday.....heh, heh, heh.
