You know, Four summers ago, I drove the entire width of Texas from Houston to New Mexico, all along Highway 10, which runs parallel and nearby the Rio Grande. Then we reversed and drove all the way back.It was a business trip to a construction site in El Paso and we had a truck full of materials and gear with us. I had been down there many years earlier and I can compare then with now. There was a visible Border Patrol presence here and there but east of El Paso, the entire contents of the highway are subject to close search off the highway in a huge compound. This is indusrial scale inspection with imaging over, under and on all sides of every vehicle, truck cargos all being x-rayed, every occupant of every vehicle questioned (my Canadian passport didn't afford a second look, which surprised me).

Anyway, no monitoring during the Obama years? Horse shyte.I have seen it in action and it was more intense than a border crossing behind the Iron Curtain. Pure propaganda. Not real.

Did you ever cross a border in the Eastern Bloc? I can guarantee from experience it makes what you describe seem like afternoon tea with your grandma.

Who is going to protect Utah?

8 Mormon dudes and their 7200 wives.

How can that be connected to him when Trump hasn't taken power, yet?

Well I think your question leads to the shadow Government. This election was all hope and change for the right while Obamas was all about hope and change to the left, they just changed the polarity. Things are already better with Trump. Things are going faster already. I think once the rioters are beaten into the ground things will normalize for a while, I hope it dosn't fukk up next summer. Winter is upon us and all other enemies are forgotten.

Last time I drove from missouri to arizona I took a southern route to see some new scenery. Through Abilene on to a back highway through hobbs new mexico, then through a snowy mountain range on into Alamagordo, then to las cruces and interstate 10. Wasn't long on 10 heading west that i had to stop at a check point. I thought to myself, what the hell is this? It wasn't here last time I drove this stretch. That was 2010. Nothing new about any of this. Been going on for awhile now.

My Daughter-in-Law is from Utah. Her last year of high school, her
history class had 40 students in it. One other girl and my Daughter
-in-Law where the only students not of Mexican oragin in that class.

Doesn't sound unlike my sisters description of her pool of students, Ron. For the last three years she taught, the majority of her students were of Asian origin.

GOOD NEWS! Trump-Basher Paul Ryan May Not Have 218 Votes for Speaker

Some 1.4 million illegals who followed President Obama's request to sign up for two controversial amnesty programs could be among the first to face deportation under the new administration.

The reason: In exchange for getting into the two programs, they handed over their identities, home addresses, and admitted to being in the United States illegally, making them the easiest to find and legally deport.

"I was surprised anyone would be stupid enough to sign up for DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) and DAPA (Deferred Action for Parents of Americans). Yet apparently hundreds of thousands of people did so anyway," said John Miano of the Center for Immigration Studies.

He said in a blog post that the programs are dead under a Trump administration and those who signed up "created a list of prime candidates for deportation with names, addresses, and an admission of illegal alien status."

Stay abreast of the latest developments from nation's capital and beyond with curated News Alerts from the Washington Examiner news desk and delivered to your inbox.

Secrets has already received reports that illegals are already starting to leave the country. One source said that some in Virginia left for the border on Wednesday, the day Donald Trump was declared the winner.

The agency that took the names, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, has on file 1,443,762 names of applicants for DACA and DAPA. They break down this way:

— 1 million are from Mexico.

— 119,788 are from the three countries from which thousands of youths fled in the last three years, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras.

— Over half, 607,000 live in California and Texas.
